Gift of Stock

Thank you for your generous plans to give corporate stock to The Church of the Immaculate Conception (CIC). 
 
Once you have decided on the stock that you will transfer to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, please complete and return the form below so we can prepare an acknowledgment for tax purposes. 

The instructions below should be provided to your broker for the electronic transfer of stock or mutual funds. Please allow your broker sufficient processing time.
